If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Size changes of items of clothing
In addition to the above, items of clothing whose size does not fit you can be swapped for another size of that same model, subject to availability.
To be eligible for a size change the item of clothing must have minimal signs of wear and be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To receive an item of clothing of a different size it must first be returned to one of the two addresses below.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After verifying its condition we will send you another of the same model in the specified size.
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In the case of size changes of items of clothing you will be responsible for only the shipping costs necessary for that item’s return to us. We will not charge you for the shipping of the item of clothing, which we will send to replace it.
